Departure for Nagoya via Osaka

Shin-Osaka station is very huge, there are people everywhere.

The first remark: population is young and fashionable 🧐

We took the first Shinkansen (as TGV in France) since we arrived in Japan

Result: Great ... very great ... train Shinkansen 😍

Seats are large and the train is so fast!

Arrival at Nagoya station, where many business men are present, it is also very huge station

After a quick lunch, I decided to go to Nagoya Castle. According to G.map, I should have taken 37 min by walk and finally it took me 1 hour with few stops for photos

Thus, I arrived too late to visit the castle and just walked around to see it. What a shame, I just saw a little part of the castle and a beautiful swan ...

Next I looked for the bus stop to get back to the hotel during few long minutes and asking 2 japanese people (very kind and helpful), I learned a new word « Ekimae » which means « Station ».

Once arrived at Nagoya Ekimae, the most difficult was to find the correct exit ... I got lost 20 min in the station before finding an Information counter. The station was crowded because of peak time, it was really as in the movies!

Châtelet Station in Paris or La Défense look easy in comparison to Nagoya !

Next step: Osu Dori, a street with a lot of small stores (many have french names) and restaurants (international food)
